ING Mutual Fund announces to rename some of its schemes

ING Mutual Fund has approved the deletion of the word OPTIMIX from the names of the Multi- Manager Schemes of ING Mutual Fund. Accordingly, the following Multi-Manager Schemes of ING Mutual Fund shall be renamed with effect from 21st March 2012 as follows:-

i) ING OptiMix Income Growth Multi-Manager FoF Scheme – 15% Equity Plan & 30% Equity Plan: ING Income Growth Multi-Manager FoF Scheme -15% Equity Plan & 30% Equity Plan

ii) ING OptiMix Asset Allocator Multi-Manager FoF Scheme: ING Asset Allocator Multi-Manager FoF Scheme

iii) ING OptiMix 5 Star Multi-Manager FoF Scheme: ING 5 Star Multi-Manager FoF Scheme

iv) ING OptiMix Active Debt Multi-Manager FoF Scheme: ING Active Debt Multi-Manager FoF Scheme

v) ING OptiMix Retireinvest Fund – Series 1: ING Retireinvest Fund – Series 1

vi) ING OptiMix Multi-Manager Equity Fund: ING Multi-Manager Equity Fund

vii) ING OptiMix Global Commodities Fund: ING Global Commodities Fund

viii) ING OptiMix Financial Planning Fund: ING Financial Planning Fund. Furthermore, the existing investors of all above mentioned schemes who do not consent with the above changes have an exit option without payment of any exit load;

the option can be availed from 20th February 2012 to 20th March 2012.
